So what? I am expecting a very nice relief rally in the States on Friday. Last time the banks were downgraded in the US, that marked the bottom and stocks started a very nice rise! I expect the same this time around. Downgrades already as expected except for MS, which was only 2 step instead of whispered 3 steps. They will rally on Friday in States.
