The technicals don't determine when the move up will start. The technicals merely reflect the psychology of the market - people will start to speculate that people are about to speculate, and it becomes self-reinforcing in nature. Feedback on feedback.

Until Gene and Ripsaw show next steps, the only dynamic on the SP will be people taking positions in readiness for everyone else to take positions. It'll be a slow start from late next week/start of the week after, a technical marker will get tripped, an announcement (if positive) will then flag some more alerts, and then it makes its own momentum.
