Folk, following up my last post, further research shows that an individual can gain access to the company's share registry legally by making a request to Computershare (in our case) and stating the legal reason for doing so. Sending information about the proposal to shareholders is legal and access must not only be granted but it must be done so within 7 days. There is a fee involved to cover administration costs.
I really need your help on this, I am willing to take the lead on this but I may need help sending the information to shareholders (post or email), reviewing the content of that information and perhaps getting a legal opinion on all of this.
I would appreciate your comments.
