Vote No to the Scheme, your vote is powerful , no matter how few shares you own

Like you, I don't have a social media presence and wouldn't know how to begin, I will continue to work in the background to improve the offer for small shareholders in particular.

I have had preliminary legal advice on how to proceed to reach all shareholders (as per my previous post) to let them know that no matter how few shares they hold, their No Vote can ensure a better outcome for all. There are proxy firms that can do this on my behalf and I'm chasing that up as well.

There are many shareholders who occasionally check in to HotCopper but never post and they may check in the next few weeks to understand what they can do or need to do with this Vote, so there are four practical things that every HotCopper poster who cares about this outcome can do

• You can begin or end your post with this simple message "Vote No to the Scheme, your vote is powerful ,no matter how few shares you own"

• Let everybody you know who could have shares in the company, that their No Vote matters and will return a better outcome for all
• Let acquaintances who own shares in MYX know that the threshold to pass this Scheme requires at least a 50% by number (not shares) to pass and 95% of shareholders are small shareholders.
• Contact the company to let them know your dissatisfaction with the offer.
