Vote No to the Scheme, your vote is powerful , no matter how few shares you own

D, on the scenarios you've presented the No Vote would need to be double that i.e the 50% by number of voters threshold, so if 5,000 votes are cast we need at least 2,500 Nos.
Trance, we can continue to discuss the issues here however this information is also available to the company, so if we were to strategise something or put up a very specific plan, we would be disclosing it to the company as well, and I'm certain they are watching. Secondly, this forum can become very unfocused and we could easily be side tracked.
You maybe right in saying that the most meaningful thing shareholders can do (and perhaps the only thing) is to vote NO but this group could be working together to try and reach more shareholders e.g. a direct mail out to shareholders (I'm looking into this)
If a group is formed, I'm happy to join, if not also happy to continue posting here but being more strategic about what I post to not give information to the company. I'm working on a few angles to reach more shareholders that I have not disclosed here but you're right the outcome that I’m after is getting those shareholders to vote NO
