Some history:
Back in 2020, ED1 (ticker changed to EP1 after) received a takover bid from TGP. I was a small shareholder of ED1 and received a phone call from ED1 management which lasted at least 5 minutes. Dont know what im allowed to say on a forum but ED1 communication to shareholders via ASX notice was to vote no. If management is allowed to ring shareholders for a "chat" then surely us shareholders have some darn rights...
PS: Sold out of useless EP1 before it delisted itself.
