I am dumb founded as to how BM was persuaded ro support what I personally believe is highway robbery valuation..I like Hadrian's illustration of being kicked off a bus without completing the journey.
I understand Viburnum accepting as they invested well below the $7 40 offered. This to me is self interest vote from their part and not a great look selling out prior to scheme even passing but hey they are an institutional investor who will make a quick buck of some other investors on another register.
As it stands the current offer means I am circa $20k in the red. I became a shareholder expecting the board to generate a return for me. I have done my part by averaging down whilst the share price was a falling knife.
