Actually pooh_bear it is possible to libel someone verbally, ie over the radio as would be the case with say talk back. ( gets complicated doesn't it)
Anyway I think the defamation act of 2005 abolished the distinction between slander and libel didn't it.
Just thought I would throw that in... cause I could.
