Sorry again Buddy, but I am sure that you will find, if you do your proper research, that ALL on market takeover offers must be unconditional. BPT's is unconditional and that offers all SH a risk free opportunity to accept it or not, with NO hidden agendas, unlike conditional ones.
However, if you wish to persist in giving all of this advice, would you please disclose your qualifications to enable readers to determine whether or not your advice is reliable.
IF you are not adequately qualified, I would suggest that you tell people this and to desist from giving what could be very unfortunate information which could be very costly to those that take notice of you.
