the offer by BEach to buy aDE shares on-market is, in practical terms, unconditional.
they stand in market and buy any shares offered to them at 20c.
you sell at 20c - you cannot get them back.
they buy them at 20c - and they are stuck with them.
there were no conditions attached to the offer which would allow anyone who sold into the offer, to then have those shares returned.
if it were a conditional offer, then Beach would have an opportunity to withdraw the offer to purchase, and return the shares to the seller.
and thats not the case wrt ADE.
also apologies: i keep hitting the "stock held" button.
Unfortunately, I am not a s/h. Wish I was though.
cheers and good luck to you guys.
