No i don't think thats correct.
yes an on-market bid is unconditional.
But the offer price was NOT final.
Beach launched its on-market offer at 20c.
it could have upped its bid, to get more shares.
but it didn't.
It now has declared its bid "Final".
and that means that it CANNOT increase its offer price under the current t/o Offer.
So 20c p/s is all the ADE are going to get under this offer.
