4 Variation & Withdrawal of offer

4.1 Variation

Beach may vary the offers in accordance with the corporation Act ( which may include extensions with the offer, period, an increase in the offer or price or both). Any variation to the offer will be notified on Beach's website www.beachenergy.com.au and announced to ASX. If you sold your ADE shares before any such announcement you will not receive any benefit from the variation.
