    Jake,

    Not that it matters anymore, but it usually takes up to 60 days before the new Board will be appointed.

    Firstly the existing Board has 21 days from the receipt of the notice to call an AGM, and then the AGM would have to be held within 60 days from the notice.

    Anyway it doesn't matter anymore because the Board has now succumbed to BPT.
