Apparently they already hold 20% of Folk (http://www.thefolk.com/), so I guess it makes sense that if the company is doing well they might want to buy the rest of it.
EBITDA of 10 sounds pretty darn good to me, but Dimaz will probably tell me whether or not that's right.
