All I said was that I don't think Roche will proceed, not that they aren't still talking.
As mentioned, it was just an opinion shared with fellow posters, not a fact. As such PYC can say what they like. The brilliant thing is, so can we.
I think a bit much has been made of this point as I was just throwing information into the pot to discuss. It seems as though most posters only want to look at the positives and not the possible negatives in any detail.
It's an understandable reflection of human nature in that people will generally be optimistic of their investment decisions, otherwise they're in effect admitting their possible mistakes, but doesn't mean that we should gloss over any downside possibilities.
