Management appreciates that this contract will be an important milestone not only for our shareholders but also as a precursor to complete financing of the Russellville facility. "

Let's say that again... "a precursor to complete financing of the Russellville facility."

Now the contract is completed AND we have been told there will be a media circus to celebrate the deal which will no doubt get a lot of press in the al and recycling industry. Sounds like financing wont be to far behind either.
