I have done some research into PRI. A private company owned by an Englishman with Indian back-ground. I believe has a couple of brothers as minor share-holders. His brothers are also very successful in other businesses. He is very asute with an eye for dealing and making allot of money. This is a very key point for me. You cannot find much information on PRI results and company announcements etc as they are private and not listed on any exchange. If the JV starts getting good business then PRI may have to lift their shareholding in INT otherwise another competitor may just come in and buy. PRI currently ownx about 10% of INT, see announcement 'becoming a substantial holder', 23rd january 2007. I follow like I would the packers etc. MONEY makes MONEY.
