Only came out a couple of days ago.

40000 is obviously not their total land holding. They have a lot more than that!
But just on that figure alone a shale play of such magnitude is estimated to be worth at least $480,000,000 by CHK. That is their lower figure but what they will settle on I don't know but it certainly adds another dimension that has been missed by the sky is falling brigade.
I wonder the reason for starting negative posts sometimes especially in this market.
