    Dr got to wonder about the motives of some posters continually pushing that other negative thread . So misleading and unnecessary IMO. Look if CHK were looking to offload at say $1000 per acre then ya I would be worried but their lower figure is $ 12000 per acre!!!!

    All good IMHO
