Reading the rare earth tea leaves

President Trump usually making an ass of himself...let go of some very important information last week, via executive order "critical minerals" such as battery metals lithium, cobalt, and a variety of rare earth minerals were stated by him as such.
"This dependency of the United States on foreign sources creates a vulnerability for both the economy and military to adverse foreign government action that could disrupt supply of these key minerals." Mr. Trump said. (of course we all know Trump doesn't know rare earth minerals from rare ass). However...the point being...the US government is slated to release a list of 17 rare earth elements within the next 30 days that need to be hoarded and not 'exported' from the US. The only viable mining operation in the US is the Mountain Pass Mine...which already has the appearance after coming out of bankruptcy to belong to some cronies of his. Specifically JHL, QVT, and Shenghe. This little group of hedge fund and mining investors seem to be located for one...very close to Trumps New York headquarters...and through JHL's ceo ...a crony of Trump Jr. If you start putting the pieces together you see Guo an executive from Shenghe...also a non executive director for Greenland.

Anyone want to speculate....
