The purchases you've mention were more likely sales (the price fell during the transaction) were one of 150K shares at 12:49 PM and then another for 200K at 12:50PM.
These sales could have been triggered by stop loss target being hit with the share price having hit 21 cents which is what the first of these sales started at. The sales stopped at 20 cents.
The shares picked up 1.5 cents during the remainder of the afternoon.
