It's certainly possible. I think the recent rebound is simply due to thin trading volumes over X-mas/New year period (nothing else has changed). Once all the regular traders are back at theirs desks they may again drive the price down to where it was a week or two ago.
I bought up big on the way down to average down and ended up holding 3 times as much stock as I wanted. I danced a jig when the price recovered and sold 2 thirds of what I was holding for a nice 10% profit.
Now I'm wondering do I sell the rest (and buy back in lower) or hope the recovery continues.
It's really hard to know which strategy to adopt....
