Definitely looks like a road block of buyers at 85 cents. As we all know it's not uncommon to see such road blocks at prices like 85, 90, 95 cents etc.
I have a "feeling" (based on experience) that it may fail at some point and the share price will drop closer to 80 cents.
If we get some positive/negative update on the pending law suit, or a good/bad quarterly come out all bets are off to which direction the share price moves.
