Are you able to elaborate anything further rmitchell? Would love to know who is eyeing off TOX.

What you say makes sense. If anyone has TOX on the rador surely it would make sense to put in a takeover bid now rather than wait until the oppies expire and see the share price trade at a premium of at least 50% to current levels. If I was TPI, surely now would be the time to move.

I think the final close of 2005 for TOX at 10.5c will be the year low for 2006.
Apart from the options expiry at the end of this month, there was no practical reason why TOX had fallen to these levels.
