I've also picked a few extra at these levels. But as to why ITC is languishing... Its just not 'exciting' enough for the masses. We are being promised some great flow rates but until it actually occurs not much will happen to sp. VPE has not a good record as operator...Remember Eagle North??? and many other stuff ups. It also lacks geographic diversity which some would see as lowering risk. and perhaps capital is pretty tight. When we finally see good positive cash flows and Eddy is paid back perhaps then the sp will respond.
