ozl and institutional investors bought in at 15c. I dont think they bought to lose money. im looking to buy more if it does fall. there would be a lot more volume if people where jumping ship. checked the uranium stocks lateley?they have not been doing too well/in a downtrend, wont stay like that forever, uranium will be back in favour.

i dont know too much about this company and how good its resource/projects are, but i do know that you buy low and sell high. its basicly at its low, economies improving, news will be flowing eventually in toe land..more upside than downside i reckon.

there was plenty volume above these levels not too long ago. i dont think it was all daytraders.

having said that. your mad if this post alone convinces you to buy. :)
