I would agree, must disclose though that I hold it. Timing cycle for runs seems to be around ever four months so maybe close to mid June for a run. Technicals are RSI extremely oversold, Weekly MACD still below zero line after failing to go positive last run, lets hope it gets a swing and then starts trading positive. Obviously most of the selling pressure should be gone and higher chance of positive news flow from completion than negative. Waiting for Volume but will be very tempting to load up on more in the low 30s.
