imo Shareholder, I am strongly of the view that a quality acquistion to the benefit of both JCurve and the associated company will take place in calendar 2018. It will be an established cloud based company with emerging cutting edge business management technology.
They will need the synergy of the professional marketing/distribution/service function that JCurve provides - a win / win.
It will also give JCurve its own indepent positioning over and above its existing collaborations.
JCurve has positioned itself with a high credibility factor due to the quality and experience of The Board and the people management skills of Stephen Canning. He has built a team of professionals around him.
