Plus factors with JCS are the numbers it churns out. Cash, revenue, organic and acquisition growth, wide customer base, cloud based, strong management, no debt and as stated will return cash to shareholders if suitable acquisitions are not found.
No doubt the recent acquisition has the potential to extend the existing customer base as well adding a service to the existing customers.
Plus they are continuing on this path.
A company package such as JCS also opens up other possibilities. Mergers, collaborations, takeovers etc.
