Its that time of year again folks. Well a couple more months yet but I am getting excited. People start figuring out how much tax they will be paying for the financial year and thinking of ways to reduce it. MIS sales this year will be much reduced nationally, however Timbercorp is officially out of the market and Great Southern has a much reduced product offering, and after the well publicised underperformance of its MIS products over the last 10 years, investors will be steering well clear. So although MIS sales will be down significantly this year, a repeat of the 35% of national MIS sales achieved by TFC's two main competitors last year will be extremely unlikely, meaning TFC will get a bigger piece of the pie, albeit a smaller pie.
The last two years TFC has had a good run from May till August. Look for yourself. There is no reason why history wont repeat itself. Of course the downside is TFC wont reach its targeted MIS sales.
I like TFC...It good.
