    Your explaination is correct.

    So far they have raised $7.5m for only the retail channels. ie KTDs website, OMBB etc. This is a significant amount so far.

    Note that the above $7.5m excludes raising amounts from brokers and other wholesale channels which is many times oversubscribed. Firm bids being finalised.
