    There's only 3 types of IPOs...
    1) failed IPOs (that don't even end up listing)
    2) oversubscribed IPOs
    3) genuinely oversubscribed IPOs

    Not at all a specific comment to the ones you participated in, but the term "oversubscribed" is as big a marketing ploy as there is when it comes to new listings. No broker has ever said, "yeah, we actually struggled to raise funds, but we just got there in the end".
