If it was worth $4 on current information, the shareprice would be alot closer to that price now than it is. You're just pulling figures out of thin air I'm afraid. The fact is that there is not enough information out there to ascertain a fair value. There is a good chance with durther information leading up to the February deadline that the shareprice will improve but until then there is not much positve information to drive it anywhere to the levels you mentioned. All buying now is very speculative. Understandibly the risks are high but so are the potential rewards. It's really a fallen blue chip that is currently acting like a speculative stock.
