    ATM Daytraders keep battling for half a cent profit + brokerfirms. Some X' Trades going through.

    thats refinazing Debt is for the Profi banks, but they will also struggle, bec. its still effect the Property market in 2008 with a correction. De valuation, Less money, lower interest but must accept lower propert prices.

    It must made sence for the cashflow covering up debt.

    If you are in a deep debt hole, stop digging deeper.
