The raise at AMD was ridiculous, why TF would they raise at .001? Totally unnecessary. With over 3 billion shares coming into the mix and only a meagre 435 million in escrow plus a 6% fee and a further 160 million shares for the lead broker/advisor it would be wise to keep clear of that train wreck for a while.
