I imagine the buyer of QMNO has probably:

- Factored in the amount of information on the way.
- Understands and accepts that it might not all be coming today.
- Planned that at least 1/2 of the news will be good.
- Already holds and is adding to their position.
- Has assessed downside side risk vs what happenned last time there was good news and talk of a JV.
- Is not really bothered if the market is down today.

One can only wonder who the buyer could be :)
