    Can you let me know why you think this is a buy, I want to believe there is a future for HTA, but it holds 300+ mil in debt, remains number 4 in the market with a long way to catch 3rd, and is still Hemorrhaging money. I have held it for a number of years expecting a merger or substantial growth, got neither.
