Exciting company this one.

Convertible notes issue in leiu of cash for JV with junior exploreres and miners. Obviously this is to preserve cash for JORC of Cape Lambert South ?

Any ideas on the comapnies or the resources they are targeting ? IO only etc ?

Abramovic and anybody else could see the value here. Cash backing makes for a no-brainer takeover target. Most likely wont happen until resource drilling near completion or BFS.

Looks like FMG without the debt. lol
