I am no expert but do a lot of reading. from what i have read online my understanding is :

do you have a view on whether the EU approvals will have any influence on FDA's decision?

- EU approvals will add credibility to the technology but the FDA has their own standards so doubt if they will be influenced by the EU approval. It does however make the FDA decision to reject it again a lot more difficult but not impossible.

My understanding is the ALimera payment is geared to FDA not EU approval.
- yes the 25mil payment to PVA is due only on US approval

Also you prepared to guess on the SP if all EU countries approve?
- no, there is no value in guessing. the value is in believing the technology is sound and can do humanity some good , the SP will follow.
