I have a feeling its to do with a trading halt that follows a significant technological milestone
and is separate from attainment of Milestone 3.
I also think that the Company will be making a more detailed release in this regard to the ASX, which they expect to be able to make by Thursday 18 February, 2016, upon which the trading halt will be lifted.
But I could be wrong.
