I'm not sure performance shares would change a thing.
Assay results, JORC, SS... everything coming out of BGS seems to be late.
New management hasn't made the difference here so far.
I genuinely believe that JM would want this info available right now whist he is Indmin.
In my opinion (and i hope) that JM would be pissed that he doesn't have this info himself right now.
This would lead me to believe that the delays are due to:
1. unreliable return times from our external tech guys who actually do this work
2. unrealistic expectations from shareholders as to the turn around of this info
