This will be the last capital raising/ IPO this consortium will ever be able to do they know it so they will get what they can form it. If the share price goes up to previous levels it will be by good luck or somehting else. Its all about keeping the payroll goingas long as possible. Hope you innocent investors can get out one day. Win some lose some.
