Mr. Christopher Allan Evans, also known as Chris, serves as Technical Director of Lithium and Director at Askari Metals Limited since February 14, 2022. He is Director of Power Metals Corp. from December 2022. He He serves as Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director of Winsome Resources Limited and its Executive Director since April 6, 2021.He served as Managing Director of Mali Lithium Limited (also known as Birimian Limited) since January 2019 until April 6, 2020 and served as its Director since February 3, 2019 until April 6, 2020. Mr. Evans served as Chief Operating Officer of Altura Mining Limited from September 20, 2017 to February 2019 and served as General Manager of Operations since July 2015 until September 20, 2017. Mr. Evans served as Project Manager for the Mt Webber Mine development for Atlas Iron Limited from January 2013 to May 2015, prior to which he was a Project Manager for Mount Gibson Iron at Koolan Island. He is an experienced project delivery and operational management expert who was most recently the Chief Operating Officer of Altura Mining where he was responsible for all aspects of project development, construction and bringing into operation the Pilgangoora Lithium Mine.Mr. Evans was also involved in establishing and maintaining key relationships in relation to project financing and off-take partners. Mr. Evans has a Civil Engineering background with demonstrated success in managing large scale construction and mining development projects and operations in numerous jurisdictions including the United Kingdom, Africa, Papua New Guinea and Australia. Mr. Evans has a Bachelor of Engineering Degree with honours in Civil and a Master of Engineering Science in Construction Management from the University of New South Wales. He is a graduate of Australian Institute of Company directors.
