For a takeover to be successful you need to have shareholders willing to let go their stock.

Let me tell you I am very willing to let the stock go.

Reminds me of another stock (POL) i was in that went from 70 to under 10, i kept topping up until finally a takeover drove it back up to 90.

PLA would benefit from better management and from an operator who already has a workforce but wants more ounces.
