My prediction was based on "not having to wait eternity for a drill permit, spending countless wads of cash on wages and then taking out several funding scenarios. If we had been given the permit and had drilled some decent results, we would have easily hit 30 cents.
A lot has changed since then, so my prediction under the current circumstances, shares on issue, cash at hand and expected results show an increase x 5-10 times.
