Everybody seems to assume the concentrate will ship the day the TOL is issued, but realistically how long will it take to contract a shipping line to move concentrate to Malaysia?
Even if the stuff is already stockpiled in Fremantle, surely there will be some additional delay to contract shipping space, berth a carrier and load? I don't imagine a ship is just sitting ready there on hot standby ready to go, that would be costing $$.
