Unlucky, I am not such strong believer in the need for higher dividend payments, I could be convinced to forgo a dividend if the capital could be deployed to generate greater growth & thus eventual greater shareholder wealth.

I believe it will see $5.00 before year end as all the OXR stars aline. Incomes are expected to substantially increase and PH will be a lot closer to generating significant returns.

I have a lot of respect for Charlie Aitken's opinion & put a lot of store in his research and projections.
