    COE have estimated a 30% COS for the first well.

    Considering the potential recoverability, JKA is a very, very nice risk/reward play right now.

    And even without first-up success, I'll be looking ot get back in for the Hammamet appraisal well after capital has been raised and the drilling schedule is set.
