I imagine Alvarroes will be LPD's as its the first one. Retain ownership of that while tinkering with it and figuring out any kinks.
After that, it's hard to say. If we are seriously looking at processing tailings as a future source, then possibly the team might explore two offerings:
1) The miners produce tailings to a particular spec with their own facilities, and they sell them to LPD for price X
2) LPD rock-up on site with a cPlant and do the processing, buying the processed material for price Y.
Price X > Price Y to recognise the work the miners are doing for us.
Hard to say which offering would be more popular, I suspect it would differ from miner to miner, depending on their deposit and strategies.
