VW during the week announced the ordering of $48 billion worth of Electric Car Batteries - approximately the entire worth of Tesla right now. LPD’s tech specialises in producing high grade Lithium Carbonate for battery grade production. VW plan on putting the construction of European factory to produce the batteries back on the table. Our projected plants within distance.
GXY this week had to TH then come out and slow the speculation on their off take / financing talk around their significant brine prospects in Catamarca. Again battery grade Li Carbonate metrics. Our partners. Strong contacts. Huge prospects in unity.
Great parallels to be drawn here - our time lines suggest we will be ready at the right time (2020-2021) to support significant demand. Mitsubishi will follow VW’s lead shortly I sense, to get first mover advantage through the largest market in the world - Asia. And that is our end game.
